My Wallet

As Momen grows, users need flexible ways to pay for plans and resources. My Wallet supports credits, vouchers, and discount coupons for purchases on the platform.

Features

1. Platform discounts: Use vouchers and coupons in your wallet when purchasing eligible products.
2. Credit payments: Pay for plans, computing resources, and Dedicated instances from your account credit.
3. Purchase records: View credit purchases, upgrades, and refunds in the Bill section.
4. Invoicing: Request invoices for reimbursement where supported (My Wallet → purchase records → select orders).

Coupons

Structure

• Types: Percentage off, dollar off, promotional credit
• Applicable products: Plans, computing resources, Dedicated instances
• Restrictions: Project plan, account plan, minimum spend
• Validity: Must be used within the stated period

How to obtain

• New user registration may include coupons
• Redeem codes for additional coupons

How to use

The system automatically selects the best available coupon at checkout when applicable.

Records

Coupons used or expired in the last 7 days are listed in your wallet.

Notes

• Coupons cannot be transferred or gifted
• Only one coupon per order
• Pro plan subscription coupons apply to the first billing period only (first month or first year)
• If an order with a coupon is not paid within 5 minutes or is closed manually, the coupon is returned

Credit management

1. View balance: Open My Wallet from your account menu and check Credits in the top-left area.

   

2. Use credits: When balance is sufficient, credit payment is the default. You can switch to Stripe card payment.

   

3. Records: View credit purchase history in the billing section.

   

Notes:

• Mixed payment (credits + card) is not supported
• Adding funds directly may be unavailable depending on region and account settings
