Promoter Program

Momen’s Promoter Program rewards users who invite others to join the platform. When invited users pay for subscriptions, promoters earn commission on eligible purchases.

Benefits

Promoter benefits

• Earn 10% recurring commission on eligible purchases by users who sign up with your invitation code.
• Lifetime referral relationship: As long as referred users continue paying, you continue earning (program terms may change; see platform announcements).

Invited user benefits

• Users who bind your invitation code receive a $5 welcome coupon toward plans and add-ons.

Workflow

For promoters

1. Get your invitation code: Click Share Momen and receive rewards at the bottom-left of the dashboard for your code and referral link.

2. Link withdrawal account: Commissions are paid to your Stripe Connect account. Complete Stripe onboarding before requesting payout.

3. Track performance:

   • Paid users: Paid users / total referred users
   • Accumulated commission: Total earnings
   • Pending settlement: Amount available for withdrawal

For invited users

1. Bind invitation code:

   • At registration: Enter the code manually during sign-up, or
   • Via referral link: The code is applied automatically when registering through your link.

2. Confirmation: Your account shows the referral as bound after successful registration.

Program rules

Invitation code binding

• Generation: Each promoter receives a unique code automatically.
• Binding:
  • Manual entry at registration, or automatic binding via referral link.
• Relationship: Once bound, the referral relationship generally cannot be changed. If entered incorrectly, the invited user may need a new account with the correct code.

Commission calculation

• Amount: 10% of the referred user’s actual subscription payment (after refunds and coupon discounts where applicable).
• With discounts: If the referral uses a coupon, commission is based on the amount actually paid.
• Template vs. referral commission: When both template and referral commissions apply, template commission is calculated first; referral commission applies to the remainder. Example: $100 order, 20% template + 10% referral → template $20, referral $(100 - 20) × 10% = $8.

Commission settlement

• Payout: Earnings are transferred to your linked Stripe Connect account within 7 business days after eligible purchases.
• Settlement scope: Commissions for completed, non-refunded subscription payments in the qualifying period.
• Refunds: If a referred order is refunded, associated commission may be reversed. Momen reserves the right to recover commissions already paid.

Successful referral criteria

A successful referral occurs when a new user registers with your link or code and pays for at least one month of plan subscription (purchasing computing resource packs alone does not qualify).

If a referred user upgrades (e.g., Basic → Pro), prior commission on the old plan may be adjusted and recomputed on the new plan payment.

FAQ

What if commission payout fails?

Payout may fail if Stripe Connect is not fully set up. Complete onboarding and contact support if past commissions were not settled.

• Program rules may be updated; material changes are announced on the platform. Updates typically apply to new referral relationships after the announcement.
